Bernard Daines
Mr. Daines has more than 30 years of experience in the networking industry and is widely recognized as an expert in Ethernet technology. In 1999, he formed two companies dedicated to utilizing the vast reach of the World Wide Web - World Wide Packets, which develops solutions to bring Gigabit Ethernet technology to the subscriber, and Webiness, which provides Digital Business Solutions to companies involved in Internet commerce. Mr. Daines also founded Packet Engines, a Gigabit Ethernet routing-switch manufacturer that was sold to Paris-based Alcatel in 1998. In 1992, Mr. Daines co-founded Grand Junction Networks, a Fast Ethernet switch manufacturer that was sold to Cisco Systems in 1995. In 1977, he founded Tidewater Associates, a firm specializing in hardware and software engineering consulting to Fortune 50 networking companies in California's Bay Area. In the late sixties and throughout the seventies, Mr. Daines was employed at Hewlett-Packard and IBM. Mr. Daines has been instrumental in the development of the IEEE standards and innovative solutions for Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet. Mr. Daines earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from Brigham Young University (BYU) and was instrumental in the development of the computer science department at BYU, lending his expertise in course instruction and curriculum formation.

Greg Zemp
Mr. Zemp, a founding member of TierPoint, has more than 20 years experience in facility programming, design, construction, and operations, totaling in excess of $120 Million to date. Mr. Zemp recently completed a manufacturing and integration data center for Linux Networx, Inc. (a leader in high performance computing systems), which provides 200 watts of electrical capacity per square foot of data center, and 1 ton of cooling capacity per 10.75 square feet. Mr. Zemp had lead responsibility for expansion of the TierPoint Data Center from the initial 400 sq. ft. to the current 9000 sq. ft. He has ongoing responsibility for all facility and infrastructure operations, upgrades, and expansions.

Dan Seliger
Mr. Seliger, a founding member of TierPoint, has more than 18 years experience architecting, designing and building robust, multi-vendor enterprise networks. His broad experience includes intimate knowledge of legacy technologies (LANtastic, Arcnet, and ATM), multiple media types (CAT 3, CAT 5, CAT 6, Wireless, Optical), diverse operating systems (Novell, Banyan, Microsoft, Linux, and various versions of UNIX), and emerging technologies like Gigabit Ethernet, 10 Gigabit Ethernet, VPN, etc. He has been directly responsible for the design, construction, and implementation of regional LANs and WANs for Tenet Health Care, as well as multi-vendor IT infrastructures for Packet Engines, World Wide Packets, Linux Networx, and TierPoint. He has ongoing responsibility for TierPoint's network engineering and network operations. Dan holds CNA, MCSE, and RHCE certifications.

Octavio Morales
Mr. Morales is a proven industry executive with over 20 years of accomplishments at leading startups and established companies, including World Wide Packets, Alcatel, Packet Engines, and NCR. Octavio has been instrumental in raising over $85 Million in venture capital financing. He has released several successful networking solutions, winning multiple "Best of Breed" industry awards for product innovation while directly contributing to creating well over $1 Billion in value. Octavio served on the Marketing Faculty at Regis University in Denver, Colorado, with responsibility for both undergraduate and graduate courses. He has published and presented extensively in various international publications and events. He has been actively involved in industry associations and standards activities, and was a voting member and contributor to the IEEE 802.3z standard for Gigabit Ethernet. Recently, Octavio was founding team member and served on the Board of Directors for the 10 Gigabit Ethernet Alliance and the Metro Ethernet Forum. He has ongoing responsibility for TierPoint's Marketing, Sales, and Business Development. Octavio holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a M.S. in Marketing, both from Colorado State University.
