- Are you currently experiencing flu-like symptoms (fever or body aches/pain and sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing)?
- Have you been in contact with a confirmed Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) patient in the past 14 days?
- In the last 14 days, have you visited any of the Centers for Disease Control’s (“CDC”) identified high risk travel areas, including, but not limited to Mainland China, Hong Kong, Iran, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, or Thailand? The CDC’s list of high-risk travel areas is regularly updated. The list provided here was updated on March 12, 2020 and may not reflect the most recent update. Please check the CDC’s website if you believe you may have traveled to a high-risk travel area as defined by the CDC found at www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/after-travel-precautions.html.
For our customers, this policy is part of TierPoint’s Acceptable Use Policy in your TierPoint contract.
