TierPoint Names Bertocci, Farnham, Carter and Fewkes to Senior Management Roles, Expands Holland’s Responsibilities
ST. LOUIS, MO (January 14, 2016) — TierPoint, LLC, today announced the appointment of four former Windstream Hosted Solutions (WHS) executives – Jeff Bertocci, Kevin Farnham, Rob Carter, and Rob Fewkes – to key leadership roles, following the completion of the WHS acquisition on December 18.
Jeff Bertocci has been named Senior Vice President, Service Delivery. In that role, he is responsible for the oversight of enterprise-wide IT operations, including TierPoint’s Network Operations Centers (NOCs), enterprise platforms for cloud and managed services, and client implementations. Bertocci has more than 15 years of industry experience – most recently as SVP Cloud and Data Center Operations at WHS – and is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
Kevin Farnham joins John Holland as TierPoint Senior Vice Presidents of Sales. Farnham served in a similar role with WHS and has more than 17 years of sales experience, including ten years in leadership roles. At the same time, Holland’s responsibilities have been expanded such that he and Farnham will co-lead TierPoint’s national sales organization, overseeing the company’s more than 100-person sales organization across the country, including direct sales and a new channel partner program. Holland is a veteran of the hosting, colocation and availability services industry with more than 20 years of management experience.
Rob Carter has been named Senior Vice President, Solutions Engineering. Carter previously served as Vice President, Cloud and Data Center Marketing for WHS. In his new role, he is responsible for leading TierPoint’s Solutions Engineering team in the development and sales support of customized cloud solutions and managed services. Carter launched his IT career as a sales engineer in 2000 and prior to that served in the U.S. Air Force.
Rob Fewkes has been named Vice President, Cloud Technology. Fewkes will be responsible for cloud architecture, engineering and development. Fewkes brings more than 16 years of IT engineering experience to TierPoint and most recently served as Vice President, Cloud and Data Center Technology at WHS.
