Except as set forth in the applicable Master Services Agreement, submission of this notice of nonrenewal does not in any way represent cancellation or termination of a Sales/Service Order, nor does it represent the acceptance by TierPoint, LLC of the named customer’s request for nonrenewal. Except as set forth in the applicable Master Services Agreement, submission of this notice of nonrenewal does not reduce or eliminate any of the named customer’s obligations.
