Chad Norwood is the Director of Colocation Product Management, bringing more than 25 years of Sales Engineering and Technical Operations experience within leading colocation and digital infrastructure environments. He has deep technical expertise in data center engineering, including electrical and mechanical systems, high-density design, DWDM transport networking, infrastructure standards, and end-to-end solution architecture.

Throughout his career, Chad has built and led Sales Engineering teams that support complex colocation deployments, translating engineering requirements into scalable, customer-focused solutions. He is known for creating clarity in fast-moving technical environments, optimizing processes across the quote-to-cash lifecycle, and aligning teams around engineering best practices.
