The Challenge
MediaRadar needed to consolidate and modernize legacy infrastructure housed in a large Westchester, Pennsylvania facility originally built decades earlier as a purpose-built data center.
Over time, the environment became increasingly difficult to manage, with aging generators, outdated UPS systems, inconsistent labeling, and incomplete infrastructure documentation. Maintaining the facility requires constant operational oversight, from monitoring power and cooling systems to responding to environmental alerts and equipment failures.
